Your Association payment includes 24-hour monitoring service of the existing burglar alarm system. If the alarm is triggered it will send a signal through the homeowner-provided telephone line to our central monitoring station. One of our operators will then notify the homeowners as well as any emergency contacts they have provided. We will notify the police department if we do not receive authorization from an emergency contact to cancel. The price also includes FULL warranty on all the parts of the burglar alarm system that we installed. If something breaks or malfunctions will send a service technician to repair the alarm free of charge.
