Maintenance fees are due on the first day of each month for: $167 for 2022, and $107 for 2023.. There is a grace period until the 10th of each month, before a late fee of $15 is assessed to the account. Accounts that are 3 months or more delinquent are subject to being sent to the Associations attorney for collections. If you missed a payment, please contact accounting immediately in order to execute a payment arrangement.

It is important to identify all your payments correctly by ensuring your account number is written on all correspondence and payments. Your account number is your house number (5 digits), street number (only the last two digits, do not enter the number 1) and then the first letter of street direction. Do not enter and spaces or dashes between them. There should be a total of 8 digits.
